In IVF, eggs and sperm are placed together in the lab so fertilisation happens on its own. In ICSI, an embryologist injects a single healthy sperm directly into each egg — often recommended when sperm count or movement is low.

About 4–6 weeks from the start of stimulation to embryo transfer. Stimulation injections last around 10–14 days, followed by egg collection and, usually, a day-5 blastocyst transfer.

Growing embryos to day 5 lets us see which are developing best, so we can transfer fewer embryos with a higher chance of implantation — lowering the risk of multiple pregnancy.

For some couples, yes — for example with mild male-factor issues or unexplained infertility when the tubes are open. It is quick, needs no anaesthesia and takes about 2–3 weeks. Your doctor will advise whether IUI or IVF suits you better.

Women who want to delay pregnancy, or who face treatment that may affect fertility. Earlier is generally better, and an AMH test helps estimate how many eggs may be collected. Egg freezing improves your future odds but is not a guarantee.

Approximately ฿450,000 per cycle, with blastocyst culture included. PGT genetic testing is an optional add-on of ฿35,000–55,000. You receive a clear, itemised plan before you start.
